Junior Sales Manager :
This wonderful 4 star classic hotel is located between the Brussels Airport and the city center, making it the perfect base for both tourist and business travelers.

The hotel boosts 140 bedrooms and 5 meeting rooms. The hotel is part of Gresham Hotels based in Dublin.

Your key responsibilities:
** Proactively manage existing and new producing accounts of the hotel.
** Prospect and solicit new business for corporate clients, Airlines and Mice
** Responsible for delivering the budgeted revenue for her/his accounts.
** Implement account strategic plan for each of the top accounts.
** Perform regular cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
** Responsible for managing the relationship and penetration of a portion of the hotels Top Accounts.
** Negotiating the terms of agreements and closing sales.
** Gathering market and customer information and communicate accordingly with the sales leader
** Overcome objections with a positive attitude and driven by getting the customer to buy.
** Communicate efficiently the special offers/developments /special promotions.
** Maintain accurate and up to date account data and reporting using Opera Sales & Catering system.
** Active participation to hotel’s events, sales blitzes, networking events and /or Fairs /workshops.

Profile:
** Pro-active sales experience of at least 2 years, within the hospitality industry
** Knowledge of Brussels market
** Strong proactive selling skills, experienced in group and business travel sales
** Fluent in Dutch, English and French.
** Strong team player, excellent people skills and able to work independently.
** Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm.
** Hungry to sell and motivated
** Present ideas, expectations and information in a well-organized manner.
** Manage group or interpersonal conflict situations effectively and constructively.
** Outgoing personality and willingness to serve.
** Timeliness and accuracy in work and assignment, attention to detail
** Systems knowledge (Fidelio, Microsoft Office).
** Good understanding of Revenue Management.
** Able to develop accounts’ strategy short and long term.
** Ability to coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously, good organizer, time management
** Executes additional tasks, given by the general manager
** Willing to Learn
