Software Engineer (JAVA) :

Responsibilities:
Design software technical specification.
Develop the efficiency software corresponding to the Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and Software Design Description (SDD) documents.
Conduct unit testing based on No Magic software testing methodologies and standards.
Fix bugs to ensure that the product operates satisfactorily.
Ensure that quality is built into the product and that the product meets the business needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or in a related field.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work.
Fast learner and interested in learning new things.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills especially writing and reading.
Pluses:
Good knowledge of UML and Design Pattern.
Experienced in writing JUnit test.
Exam Details:
Part 1: Essays about General Programming, C Programming, Java Programming, Object-Oriented Technology.
Part 2: Coding (Testing about Loop, Calculation, General Java).
Part 3: Analytical Testing.
Software Engineer (Web Application) :

Responsibilities:
Drive functional and technical requirements for Web Application development.
Develop efficient and robust softwares, corresponding with the given requirements, and conduct complete (automated) unit testing, performance testing and scalability testing of your deliverables.
Seamlessly collaborate with your Product Manager, Project Manager, and the QA team, in order to deliver quality products to our customers.
Ensure that quality is built into the product and that the product meets the business needs.
Requirements:
2+ years of Web Application development.
Familiar with design pattern and good coding practice, in particular MVC.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with RESTful, JSON, AJAX, HTML5, CSS and Javascript.
Experience with ExtJS, Sencha Touch, Jquery or UML is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good English skills, especially writing and reading.
System Analyst :
As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the needs and expectations of clients or sometimes the Product Manager, are represented correctly in the final product. All requirements set forth by the business must be captured and documented correctly before the solution is developed and implemented. Your responsibilities include conducting needs and competitor analysis, designing solutions for clients, performing user acceptance testing, conducting product training, and providing fast and effective customer support. Occasionally, you will be required to visit clients for the purposes of on-site support and training. You would be expected to deliver your works on the time.
Responsibilities:
Identifies and documents all business, technical, and product requirements.
Translates client requirements into workable models.
Determines potential solutions for technical and business compatibility.
Works with software developers and clients to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Performs user acceptance tests with client perspectives in mind.
Produces user manuals, tutorials, white-papers, and training materials.
Provides technical support by phone, email, real-time chat, and on-site visits.
Update knowledge and skills by participating in conferences, reading journals and publications, and taking certification exams.
Delivers work on time and works well under pressure.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems and Technology, Information Management System, or in a related field.
At least two years of experience in software product development or web application.
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
Broad knowledge of software development process and object-oriented programming.
Fast-learner with investigative and inquisitive mind.
Confident and proactive.
Excellent English communication skills especially writing and reading.
Pluses:
Master’s degree or higher.
Experienced in one or more of the following modeling languages and technologies: UML, SysML, BPMN, UPDM, and PLM.
Experienced in one or more of the following programming languages: JAVA, C++, and C#.
Experienced in MagicDraw and other products of the company, or requirement tools, for example, IBM Rational DOORS.
