Product Management Manager
JOB SCOPE:
1. Manage and maintain product and pricing of assigned responsible models of Mercedes-Benz vehicle until end of its lifecycle
2. Maintain master data of vehicle configuration for ordering
3. Analyze and monitor Pre-Sales information, efficiently communicate to related functions and provide product information to internal and external customers
4. Evaluate market preferences and product applicability and monitor / develop strategy to maintain sales volume
5. Support and monitor related systems in product module (DMS, MB Connect and new system, etc.) together with providing analytical report of monthly sales volume
6. Support training to dealers’ personnel
7. Self-development to become effective trainer in the future
8. Develop process flow and maintain ISO procedures of Product & Planning Department
9. Specific project management, internal price update and take minutes of CKD meeting
QUALIFICATIONS:
** University Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related fields
** Minimum 3-5 years experiences in automotive industry preferably in Product Management (Sales & Marketing)
** Excellent in written and communication in English
** Strong project management and presentation skills
** Proficiency in MS Office applications i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point
** Self-motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working, delicate, systematic and able to work under pressure

Marketing Planning Manager
JOB SCOPE:
1. General communication and financial planning
** Regular updates of integrated marketing calendar
** Tracking of budgets and spending
** Organisation of monthly team meetings for campaign and event updates
** Improve campaign alignment among different communication channels; enforce consistent communication messages
2. Internal communication
** Main counterpart to other departments and agencies; centralized collection and distribution of information (model updates, launches, etc.)
3. Strategy
** Ongoing development and adaptation of general and overall communications strategy
** Ensure implementation of strategy to all activities across all channels incl. CI, creative, target segmentation, etc.
** Expand lead management with optimized customer flow within campaigns to increase conversion rates
** Support to set clear and sensible KPIs for each campaign
** Develop new strategy approaches to reach out to new target groups and to maximize effectiveness
** Create and execute consistent model launch strategies
** Exchange with other markets about best practices, collaborations and adoption of existing campaigns
4. Evaluation
** Analyse marketing activities regarding their effectiveness/KPIs (sales or customer contact, product awareness, brand image, quality of execution, guidelines, etc.)
** Establish new evaluation tools where possible
** Evaluate the work of external partners/agencies
** Develop research programs to help steering the communication strategy
QUALIFICATIONS:
** Minimum 5 years of working experiences in the field of communication
** Preferably strategy and planning
** Versatile media and communication experiences required
** Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentations skills
** Fluent in Thai and English
** Bachelor Degree in the related filed i.e. Marketing, Communication etc.

General Manager : Marketing Communication
JOB SCOPE:
** Reports to the Vice President Sales & Marketing, working closely with other GMs especially Sales, Product Planning etc.
** Play a vital role in the daily management and strategic operations of the Marketing and Communications Department
** Providing editorial perspective for marketing communications including annual reports, news releases, reports, newsletters, and marketing initiatives
** Play a lead role in the organizations media outreach efforts
** Manage Media & Advertising to be in line with the company strategy including budget control. Weekly and monthly report of the achievement and budget allocation
** Create the annual CRM activities program that suit to curtain groups of Mercedes-Benz customer and measure the success of certain program
** Supervise activities that generate brand popularity, volume and maintain the core value of the corporate in all Retail/ Event / Exhibition including sport activities such as Mercedes Trophy, Junior golf, Motor Show, dealer support, showroom decoration etc.
** Strongly initiate online and social network activities and drive the strategy towards digital. Frequently active in connecting with people and different lifestyle
** Public relations: Establish and maintain effective relationships with media representatives to gain positive news and share of voice, give speeches and interviews.
QUALIFICATIONS:
** Relevant post-graduate qualification and/or equivalent experience with strong multitasking in marketing and communication
** Senior Experiences of working in marketing & communication area
** In-depth understanding of marketing & communications especially automotive business
** Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
** Great Connection of Automotive is a must
** Excellent in Public Speaking to act as Spokesperson of the Company
** Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Business Process Management General Manager
JOB SCOPE:
1. Organise and run process improvement workshops to analyse, document, optimize, design and re-design processes. Facilitate the development of KPIs/OPIs and the analysis of existing processes and to-be processes
2. Manage enhancement/development processes of core business application systems in line with business process optimization to ensure the change/development is cost effective.
3. Implement and perform regular review of all corporate and local policies, guidelines, especially compliance issue in coordination with Compliance & HR department. Test and report to corporate/regional compliance function as required.
4. Facilitate respective internal / external audit processes & ensure the completeness of the actions /measures required in due time
5. Liaise with IT dept. to manage all IT application and infrastructure
6. Support MBLT projects as requested by business units and top-down projects from Regional/Head Quarters office
7. Coordinate with Brand Partner to manage and implement the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
8. Coordinate & manage data protection related subjects within MBLT & MBTh, liase with MBTh’s legal department and Coporate Data Protection
9. Ensure all medium and big size projects throughout organization to be executed as corporate Houston Project Management concept
QUALIFICATIONS:
** University Graduate in Science or Engineering or related field, preferable Master Degree in Business Administration/ Finance
** Minimum 5 years experiences in Manager level, if possess knowledge in leasing/banking business is an advantage
** Good command of spoken and written English
** Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills as well as being well-organized and proactive
** Strong leadership, good planning, positive thinking and work well in team
** Good attitude and work well under pressure with ability to travel abroad as required by business need
** Computer literacy and able to work with other people
