Fibank Albania, a rapidly growing commercial bank, is looking to hire a qualified individual for the position of Branch MANAGER for Vlora Branch.
Requirements :
** Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
** Banking experience for more than 3 years, with lending concentration.
** Excellent knowledge of the business environment
** Very Good command of English
** PC skills
** Ability to work in team
** Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities :
** Creating direct contacts and presenting bank products offered to private companies and state institutions.
** Maintain relationship with the actual and potential customers.
** Achieve targets (Key Performance Indicators) set up by the Head Office for bank accounts, loans, deposits, etc.
** Implementing bank regulations and directives from Head Office.
