SENIOR ARCHITECT, INTERIOR DESIGNER
Duties :
** To take responsibility within The Beaumont Partnership, in collaboration with the client, for the professional, financial and management performance of a project. To manage the client liaison..
Qualifications :
** Bachelor’s or higher degree in DESIGN
** More than 5 years experience in the field
** Extensive experience in the management of projects (design and managing a team)
** Specialist skills in Multi Residential and Hospitality projects
** Good command of written and spoken English
** Ability to build and maintain client relationships
** Thorough industry knowledge and awareness of trends
** Ability to manage and deliver projects on time, to budget and specification
Urgently Required: CAD OPERATOR
Qualifications :
** Diploma or higher degree in Architecture or Interior Design
** 5 years plus of experience working in AutoCAD
** Preferably who capable to do both Interior & Architecture
** Track record in Documentation of Architecture & Interior projects (Hospitality, Residential, Education, Commercial)
** Good command of written and spoken English would be advantage
