1. Barkeeper (m/f) :
Your chartered course :
** You are professional and have the skills and know-how to prepare and mix drinks and cocktails at up to ten AIDA bars
** You will be supporting the further development of the Bar Department and will be responsible for the smooth operation of your bar
** You will train and motivate the employees you will be in charge of, ensuring professional work methods behind the bar
** You will advise the guests in their selection of drinks and will sell with friendliness and charme
Your previous ports of call :
** You have training in the hotel and restaurant business as well as verifiable occupational experience
** Your German and English language skills are good
** You are service and sales oriented, work well in a team, are communicative and able to work under pressure
** You contribute to the guests’ holiday feeling with your positive attitude and friendly character
2. Chef de Partie (m/f) :
Your chartered goal :
** With flair and that special touch you will present the diverse themes in the various outlets to perfection – whether in the Rossini gourmet restaurant or our first-class buffet restaurants
** Your work will always be guided by the highest quality standards
** You will also coordinate procedures as well as challenge and encourage your international team
Your previous ports of call :
** You have completed training as a chef and have demonstrable professional experience in haute cuisine for the hotel or restaurant segment
** Ideally you will have already gained some experience overseas or on board a ship
** You are proficient in German and English
** Service orientation, the ability to work as part of a team, a strong sense of creativity, and a passion
