1. Construction Manager (MRT) :
Responsibilities :
** Plan and develop the construction program and construction methodst
** Organize and coordinate site resources and subcontractors to ensure good outcome in progress, quality and safety
Requirements :
** Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
** Min. 12 years’ engineering experience with 5 – 8 years’ in MRT / tunneling / road or other large scale Civil Engineering projects
2.Senior Structural Engineer :
Responsibilities :
** Responsible for designing and detailing of Civil and Structural Engineering works to ensuring that the Structure sections of the works are constructed in accordance with the contract requirements
** Responsible for timely submission of reports and completion of projects for tender or submission with target dates
** Manage projects to meet the time, cost and quality objectives
** Liaise with consultants, contractors and authorities from inception to completion of projects
** Supervise the structural works of sub-contractors and work closely with site operations staff to meet the project schedule
** Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of projects
Requirements :
** Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering
** Experience in structural coordination in large scale projects will be an advantage
3.Senior Architectural Coordinator :
Responsibilities :
** Architecture planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
** Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing
** Prepare and submit CAD drawings to relevant statutory authorities for plan approval and for tender preparation and perform feasible urban studies on land plots
** Supervise architectural works and coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients on matters of building contraction and ensure the architectural workmanship standards
** Provide technical advisor to the architectural designers with regard to building regulations
** Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors
Requirements :
** Qualification in Architecture / Building
** 5 – 8 years’ architectural coordination experience in main-con companies, preferably in large building projects
** Good knowledge of architectural specifications & requirements
4.Senior M&E Coordinator :
Responsibilities :
** Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site
** Review project specifications and technical clarifications
** Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies, defects, inconsistency in construction drawings
** Carry out the project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
** Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
** Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
** Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety and environmental regulations are complied
** Ensure project activities complied with Company’s ISO system
