Business Development/Product Sales for Networks :
Responsibilities:
** Lead the Networks team strategy on product positioning, market penetration and pricing. Oversee the long-range planning process and new business programs, if any.
** Point person for all Network products’ sales and channel responsibilities.
** Create and implement a sustainable and measurable retail business development plan for the company, to include channel recruitment, management and enablement, assessment of and penetration strategy for new and nontraditional markets, protection strategy for existing installed base, changes in the current go-to-market model (if necessary), competitor analysis, etc.
** Strengthen and formalize NEC Philippines’ ties with local and foreign partners to position NEC’s next generation network products, solutions and services
** Learn enough of NEC’s network solutions and services to be able to provide back-up support for sales and Enterprise Technical Services in the area of configuration, pricing and contract preparation
** Devise and implement a survey that can measure customer and partner satisfaction.
** Responsible for both product planning and product marketing for networks solutions and services. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
** In charge of defining the product strategy and roadmap, work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities, develop the core positioning and messaging for the product, perform product demos to customers, set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals, deliver a monthly revenue forecast, develop sales tools and collateral, propose an overall budget to ensure success, brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings, brief press and analysts and go on press tours
Person Profile:
** Graduate of any business course
** Has excellent communication skills, especially in English, both oral and written
** Has at least 3-5 yrs sales exposure in a Solution Selling, Telecoms, IT or Software/Hardware environment
** Possesses business acumen with high level of interpersonal skills, customer service attitude, professionalism and ethics
** Self motivated, organized, articulate, confident and results-oriented
** Quick learner with ability to cover multiple products in various industry scenarios
Account Manager for JOC :
** Sell the Company’s products, solutions and services
** Develop and manage sales territories, e.g. direct accounts, business partners, partner accounts

** Interact with customers in order to determine and meet their needs as dictated by industry practice and the highest standards of professionalism
** Develop a deep relationship with our customers wherein NEC is recognized for it’s efficiency and cooperation
** Establish reliable contacts, networks and partnerships
** Conduct client visits and product presentations
** Create periodic sales forecasts to communicate anticipated revenue to the organization in order to meet demands and manage resources effectively
** Maintain regular communications with prospective and existing customers in order to promote new products
** Protect and adequately utilize all of the company’s assets towards the effective conduct of company business.
** Foster productive business relationships with local and regional NEC staff, suppliers, business partners, customers and other business contacts towards ensuring the effective conduct of the company’’ business.
** Conduct business in accordance with legal, professional and ethical practices and adhere to company policies and practices.
Person Profile:
** Graduate of any business course
** Has at least 3-5 yrs sales exposure in a Telecoms, IT or Software/Hardware environment
** Has excellent communication skills both oral and written
** Has good writing and speaking Japanese language skills(Listening&Speaking:70%, Reading&Writing:30%)
** Japanese Owned Company Industry and Manufacturing Institutions Background is a plus
** Self motivated, organized, confident and results-oriented
** Must a high level of interpersonal skills, customer service attitude, professionalism and ethics
** Quick learner with ability to cover multiple products in various industry scenarios
