Job Spec: Telesales Representative (Heart Of Europe Project)
Reporting to: Telesales Manager
Purpose of the Job :
To be a part of the Telesales/Outbound calling team responsible to contact potential clients in order to maximize sales appointments.
Key Responsibilities :
To contact potential clients in the UAE and other countries in order to increase sales opportunities
Entering the clients details into the database
Will present the product appropriately to clients to make a sale or generate a lead
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls
Calling clients from the given database
Recording sales, correspondence, leads in internal database
Daily reporting to the Manager
Maintaining a professional and punctual attitude at all times
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Skills and Experience :
Experience in call center or as a lead generator is preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent
A sales-focused attitude with a willingness to serve clients effectively
Positive telephone manner, pleasant voice as well as attentive listening
Competencies :
Excellent sales skills
Dynamic and energetic
Good Follow up and accurate report making skills
Should be self-motivated and performance driven

Job Spec: Executive Sales Consultant (Heart Of Europe Project)
Reporting to: Executive Sales Manager
Purpose of the Job :
As an Executive Sales Consultant, using professional sales skills you will convince clients and close investment deals on THOE project.
Key Responsibilities :
Convincing prospective clients that the project is the right one to make their investments in and agree the terms
Making appointments and touring clients
Advise on merits of properties and terms of sale
Finalize the terms of an agreement and close sales
Provide clients with all appropriate information to the sales
Help to identify new markets and business opportunities
Complete daily touring reports
Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities using THOE sales methods
Conduct yourself in a professional and punctual manner
Have the right attitude and be prepared to develop yourself to the best of your ability
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Skills and Experience :
Previous experience in Direct Sales is desired but not essential
Fluent in written and spoken English.
A sales-focused attitude
Able to network effectively
Flexibility to travel abroad with a team to represent the project at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
