We are currently looking for candidates with the following skill sets:
Senior NetSuite Consultant (USA – San Francisco, CA; UAE – Dubai)
The Senior Consultant is primarily responsible for technical solution conceptualization, design and implementation oversight. He/ She will be visible in pre- and post-sale interactions with customers, delivery teams and product development. This role requires techno-functional NetSuite experience to manage business process and technical driven discussions and subsequent development. The Senior Consultant will have a passion for excellence.
Responsibilities:
Advise sales team to help conceptualize NetSuite solutions that address complex business requirements.
Work closely with Project Managers to supplement their efforts with documented technical requirements for custom NetSuite solutions.
Draw on knowledge of SuiteFlex, Suite Builder and Suite Script to develop world-class, customer-centric solution
Design and develop scenarios and test plans for customized solutions.
Resolve escalated development issues to ensure delivery is accomplished within project constraints.
Attend internal and client facing conference calls including those to support pre-sales solution conceptualization and key project related milestones including knowledge transfer, kick off, requirements review, testing, training and general Q&A.
Delivering NetSuite end-user training, orientation, and adaptation sessions.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or relevant degree
3-5 Years of solid and proven NetSuite consultancy/ development experience.
Good understanding of NetSuite ERP and CRM structure.
Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Wholesale Distribution (Inventory, Supply Chain, Purchasing) , Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas),Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) as well as support (Cases Management and Territory Management).
Good understanding of business practices is necessary and will be considered as well: Accounting (Payroll, Expense Tracking, Multi-currency, and Commissions), Sales Force Automation (Returns, Team Selling), Marketing Campaigns and Web presence (Net or E-Commerce, Shopping carts, Website layout).
Expert in customizing NetSuite using Suite Builder, Suite Script, SuiteFlow, and Suite Talk (Web services).
Expert in Java/J2EE and .Net platforms working with systems architecture, technical design and delivery.
Understand and has worked with client-side technologies like HTML, JavaScript, or Ajax and also backend technologies like SQL, JDBC, Hibernate, EJB.
Proven written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in designing and architecting solutions.
Track record of delivering projects and initiatives on time and on budget.
Good command of English.
Travel:
The position is expected to travel up to 50%.
Sales Executive (UAE – Dubai)
The sales executive is responsible for prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification, forecasting and overall account strategy. The sales executive will participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition of business applications, solutions and related services.
Responsibilities:
Identify, propose, negotiate, and close opportunities in the SMB market segment in order to meet and exceed his/her quota.
Convert customer problems into sales opportunities.
Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly quota objectives.
Develop and deliver customized demonstrations, by web and face-to-face
Desired Skills/ Experience:
Hold a BA/BSc degree in business/related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of solution sales experience
Proven ability to continually achieve and exceed targets
Strong applications background and understanding of software systems
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Display professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with ability to communicate effectively to internal and external customers.
Arabic Language is a plus
Travel:
The position is expected to travel up to 50%.
Project Manager – NetSuite (USA – San Francisco, CA; UAE – Dubai)
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of NetSuite implementations and optimization initiatives subscribing to the NetSuite One methodology. This is a high impact role that requires business acumen, management skills and a seasoned ability for managing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Project planning, management and delivery.
Communicate on progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate knowledge transfer from pre-sales to implementation to post go live support phases.
Impart best practices to assist customers with planning, data migration, testing and cut over.
Manage scope to mitigate scope creep and to enhance on time, on budget performance.
Manage a global pool of full-time and part-time resources.
Provide functional consulting on setup, customization and business process reengineering.
Provide pre-sales support to assist with preparation of estimates.
50% travel is required.
Desired Skills/ Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting or Business.
At least 5 years of experience in systems applications consulting.
A strong background in Project Management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans (most notably in Microsoft Project).
A demonstrated ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
An excellent understanding of common industry business practices relating to Accounting, Sales Force Management, Inventory Management and Professional Services.
A proven ability to manage customers and to work with then to develop successful implementation plans.
Experience with on-demand ERP/ CRM SaaS applications is preferred
Previous consulting experience with Microsoft Great Plains or Navision, SalesForce.com, Sage, Oracle, SAP and/or PeopleSoft is a preferred.
Familiarity with XML, JavaScript, HTML, Crystal and SQL is a plus.
Web Experience: Experience with designing and writing HTML, Java and Java script for an ecommerce Web site.
Travel:
The position is expected to travel up to 25%
