1. Records Management Analyst :
Required Qualification & Experience :
** Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience.
** 2 – 4 years of experience as time keeper or payroll Clark experience.
Job Responsibilities :
HR Audit and Record Management : (% of time: 5)
** Responsible for auditing records and serving as a functional and technical expert in records management. Assists and supports and records HR initiatives.
** Work with HR to determine requirements for new initiatives and/or programs.
** Assist with the analysis necessary for the functional operations reviews.
** Audit received deal documents, ancillary, and change records and generate exception/ escalation reporting.
** Provides direction and works closely with key HR team, specifically in the area of information management process review and analysis
** Key point of contact specifically related to policy compliance, corrective actions and resulting investigations
** Ensure timely and accurate collection and processing of the necessary documents
** Ensure timely HR Audit Observation closed.
Time Keeping and Monitoring :(% of time: 50)
** Oversee HR Policy/Procedures and labour Law for all process in HR
** Oversee time sheets, Overtime sheets and accurately inputting time and attendance data into the HCM SAP
** Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments while tracking overtime hours and approving compensatory time earned.
** Responsible of keeping track of leave time such as vacation, holidays, personal or sick days for employees.
** Ensuring time sheets/overtime sheets are submitted and received by employees on time to issue accurate payroll adjustments.
Payroll and Reports : (% of time: 20)
** Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into HCM SAP payroll.
** Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
** Review time sheets/overtime sheets, attendance records, work charts, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
** Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
** Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
** Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts, and submit them to appropriate departments
** Complete, verify, and process PCR and HR Electronic forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as loans (housing, advances), resignations, social insurance deductions.
** Cover other tasks as required
Filing System : (5%)
Training : (% of time: 5)
Conduct training when it required for internal clients the time keeping and processes/functionality.
Individual Development :(% of time: 5)
Self –development is must for the positions, learning about SAP, financial and accounting Module, understands HR functions for ongoing on job training.
