Experience :
2 to 6 Yrs from GCC / Indian Civil Construction Field
Key Tasks :
Establish a well arranged QS / Estimation Department and do the surveying / Estimation properly with considering operational risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation measures.
Job Description :
** Post & pr-Contract Quantity Surveying.
** Preperation of Contract variations, Review, Evaluation of Sub-contractors proposals.
** Tendering Potential Projects.
** Represent the company in Project meetings & make feasibility study accordingly.
** Assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities.
** Preparing Interim Evaluations.
** Negotiating with suppliers,sub contractors & Finalization of prizes.
** Assit the project Manager in preperation of Final Contract terms.
** Preperation of BOQ’s if necessary.
Candidate Profile :
** Indians / Philippines preferably with Telecom related Civil activities.
** Age Limit from 28 to 40 Yrs.
** GCC Driving License preferable.
** Should be well versed with English/Hindi.
