1.Director Administration (Ref : DA) :
This is a newly established position reporting to the CEO and is responsible for a wide spectrum of activities as Human Resources, Procurement, Information Technology, Office Administration and Corporate Communications. The position performs a lead role in directing and managing the critical support services functions that facilitates all business lines, be a part of the Senior Management Team in developing, implementing and monitoring the key-strategic initiatives of the organization

Brief Job Specification :
The candidate should have a Bachelors degree with additional qualifications as Masters/MBA in Management. A minimum of 8-10 years experience in similar functions with leadership roles is preferred. Knowledge of English and Arabic is mandatory.

2.Manager – Human Resources (Ref : MHR) :
The Manager will lead the Human Resources initiatives of the company and will cover responsibilities as Policy Development, Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Recruitment, Labour Management, Personnel Administration and Performance Management . The Manager will play a significant role in managing the development young Qatari professionals through campus recruitment, on-the-job training, professional development and career planning. Exposure the Oracle-Ebusiness suite in HR areas is essential. The position reports to Director – Administration.

Brief Job Specification :
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with 7+years experience with a Bachelors’ Degree in Business and HR. Professional Qualifications in HR Management will be an added advantage. Knowledge of English and Arabic is preferred.

3. Manager – Internal Audit (Ref : MIA) :
The Internal Audit function has been newly established in AlIjarah. We are seeking a dynamic professional who shall be responsible for Internal Auditing from performing Business Risk Assessment, Annual Audit Planning, Conducting operations, projects, financial and contract audits, Audit reporting and Liasion with the highest levels of management in the organization. The Manager shall lead a team of auditors to ensure adequate internal audit commensurating with the size of AlIjarah’s business. The position reports to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Brief Job Specification :
Professional qualifications as CPA/CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT/CIA is mandatory, together with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business. The candidate is expected to have a minimum of 7 years experience in internal auditing or a combination of internal/external audits and management consulting services. English and Arabic Knowledge is preferred.
