1. Technicians – Water Treatment (4 Nos) :
** 3 years experience in water treatment industry
** Operation/Commissioning of RO filtration plants
** Operation/Commissioning of Dosing Systems, Controllers
** Knowledge of plumbing and electrical works.
2.Chemist (2 Nos) :
** 3 years experience in Water Treatment industry
** Well versed in Water Analysis methods.
** Ability to analyse water & provide recommendations
** Valid GCC Driving License
3.Tig & Arc Welder (8 Nos) :
Minimum 5 years in welding of piping materials such as Carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel in 6G position.
4.Pipe Fabricator (6 Nos) :
** Minimum 5 years experience.
** Ability to read and understand basic isometric & plan drawings.
** Ability to fabricate all pipe connections and fittings.
** Well versed with green field and running plant project conditions.
5.Pipe fitter (10 Nos) :
** Minimum 3 years experience.
** Ability to read and understand basic isometric drawings.
** Well versed with piping fitting requirements.
6.Rigger ( 10 Nos) :
** Minimum 3 years experience in heavy lifts.
** Well versed with safety standards and procedures required during lifting and rigging works.
7.Rigging foreman (4 Nos) :
** Minimum 5 years experience as rigging foreman with heavy lifts.
** Well versed with safety standards and procedures required during lifting and rigging loads.
** Ability to calculate and select rigging kits and method of application / procedure.
8.Piping foreman (2 Nos) :
** Minimum 5 years experience as piping foreman in oil field and heavy industries.
** Well versed with all types of piping drawings and pipe fabrication techniques. Should be able to manage a team of 50 personnel.
** Knowledge of site planning for day to day routine
** Experience in site plan preparation to be submitted to concerned engineer / supervisor.
9.Mechanical / piping Engineer (2 Nos) :
** Minimum 5 years experience as site engineer in major piping projects.
** Ability to interpret all drawings and detailing of works.
** Ability to prepare material take off and make as-built drawings.
** Ability to plan work schedules & resource on day to day basis.
** Should be able to manage a workforce of minimum 100 people with 2 to 3 supervisors / foreman.
** Ability to coordinate with client’s representative at site.
** Computer literacy is a must with basic knowledge of Microsoft office packages. Auto cad knowledge is an advantage
** Report to project manager for all work progress and monitor site schedules.
