We are searching for :
1. Level 1/2 Help Desk Engineer :
This role will see you pro-actively maintaining our clients systems and delivering exceptional troubleshooting skills. Your role as an Level 1 Help Desk Engineer is to provide remote and occasionally on-site support.
Broadly, your duties in this role will include :
** Help Desk support services
** Liaise with clients and other areas on technical support issues, problem resolution and assistance
** Log and process email in job queues through an IP Works CRM database
** System administration of server and network
** Problem rectification and fault reporting including logging, escalation and coordination with Senior System Engineer
** Installation and configuration of desktop hardware and software
You must have the following skills and experience in a similar role :
** Proven experience providing excellent support to meet SLA’s
** Demonstrated experience in providing first and second level IT support in a Help Desk environment
2. Senior Systems Engineer :

This is a client focused Senior Systems Engineer role and you will have a drive for successful outcomes in everything you do. And, you understand how important these are to providing successful projects and great customer satisfaction.
In addition, you have years of experience successfully implementing Microsoft, VMware and Storage solutions, and consider yourself to be a valuable addition to any successful team. You also crave knowledge and come with an appetite to continually grow your skills and abilities, and you enjoy sharing what you have learnt with your peers. While the primary role is implementation services, you will also be involved with helping to craft great IT solutions, as well as support & troubleshooting for the successful transition of projects to our support services teams – to round off a successful project!
Broadly, your duties in this role will include :
** Designing, implementing and troubleshooting Microsoft Server, VMware and Storage Solutions
** Designing, implementing and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange and SQL.
** Level of certifications – while there’s no replacement for real-world experience, you will need to have certifications that match your technical abilities. Microsoft (Server, Messaging, SQL) and VMware certifications will be looked upon favourably.
** Well-rounded skills across other technologies that you have gathered and honed after years in the IT industry.
