** ShadowProtect provides VirtualBoot™ technology that enables a server to be restored in typically 3 – 5 minutes instead of 8 – 24 hours, delivering a very strong competitive advantage against almost every other backup technology available today.
** StorageCraft in Asia Pacific is 100% Channel with over 2000 resellers who have sold ShadowProtect in Australia and New Zealand. We do not sell direct – therefore knowledge of channel sales is advantageous.

Job Description :
The Reseller Account Manager will manage all aspects of building StorageCraft’s partner channels within the designated region. The Reseller Account Manager’s primary focus will be on building consistent revenue through partner channels. To be successful the Reseller Account Manager must understand how to recruit, enable, manage and grow the channel and associated revenue funnel by building relationships with and training key personnel within Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Systems Integrators (SIs).

Duties :
** Demonstrate consistent achievement of sales quota within your region
** Manage and report on pipeline with multiple accounts, partners and opportunities and accurately forecast revenue using our CRM system (SalesForce.com).
** Demonstrate success in prospecting, recruiting and enabling channel partners, helping them to identify and advance sales opportunities within their current pipeline as well as develop new opportunities, helping to move opportunities through the sales cycle
** Play an active role in closing end-user business by working closely with partners and managing a sales pipeline
** Effectively train on and present StorageCraft solutions via webinar and in person, at trade shows, partner and end-user facing events
** Work closely with Marketing to identify and drive partner programs and events
** Demonstrate excellent understanding of the industry including competitive issues and products
** Prepare written communications, reports, and price quotations

Qualifications :
** Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferred
** 2+ years’ sales experience in the backup, disaster recovery, storage, or security software market preferred
** Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
** Ability to apply entrepreneurial strengths in a driven, forward-thinking manner
** Proven work-ethic and time-management skills
** Extensive travel and after hours work may be required
** Proven sales and quota attainment experience

Success Metrics :
** Annual quota attainment
** Month-over-month revenue growth in designated region
** Attainment of MBO’s

Location :
** North Sydney, NSW, Australia – very close to public transport such as buses and trains
** You MUST have Australian residency or a permanent work VISA
** This position may require travel 60% – 70% of the time depending upon region and territory
