1. Service Manager (HVAC / MEP) :
The Role :
The main function of this role will be to run full projects and contracts after hand over from the Sales team; you will then be required to work closely with the Client meeting their requirements on the whole project, working closely with Sub-Contractors managing on site technicians etc, You will have assistance and need to work closely with the Site Supervisor. Reporting to the General Manager.
The Candidate :
In order to qualify in the application for this role, you must possess the following :
** Excellent Contract Management experience
** Good history of working on various size Contracts/ Projects
** Air conditioning or refrigeration background
** Experience with working on contracts in the HVAC / MEP sector
** Valid Bahrain driver’s licence
2. Airconditioning Engineer
The Role :
Air Conditioning Engineer with a good knowledge of HVAC, M&E maintenance required.
The Candidate :
Candidates need to have a strong mechanical background for planned and reactive maintenance covering HVAC maintenance incorporating split / multi split systems, VRVs, VAVs, air handling plant, small chillers, etc.
Candidates will also need to be quite resourceful as they will be required to turn their hand to most things building service related basis.
** Educated to a minimum of College Degree
** Diploma in Airconditioning & Refrigeration or Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing
** Disciplined
** Supervising Skills
** Should have served time as an apprenticeship or followed a recognised formal training programme and completed at least a further three years experience in a related industry environment.
** Able to cope under pressure
** Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
** Excellent customer facing and communication skills
** Valid Bahrain driver’s Licence
