SUPPORT ENGINEER (m/f)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Your responsibilities are for two main axes:
1/ You will ensure 1st and 2nd level “After Sales” support for the Telemis-Medical products installed with our customers.
2/ You will be responsible to install and support the Telemis-Medical applications on the customer premises (hospital, private radiology practice).
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
An experience of minimum 3 years in a similar function is required.
Good IT understanding (Network, Operating Systems).
Committed to delivering high quality work.
Excellent communication skills.
Initiator, while still appreciating team work.
Experience in medical image management is an asset (e.g. DICOM, HL7).
LOCATION : Telemis headquarters in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium).
LANGUAGES : Fluent in English, French, Dutch.
