Program Manager :
NTG is currently searching for a Program Manager who will be responsible for managing a high performance team of inside Sales Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for successfully managing multiple client relationships and leading the team to achieve key employee, process, customer, and financial metrics. This position is based in Cairo, Egypt.

Responsibilities include :
** Managing inside sales representatives, sales funnel management, OSS/BSS Network Module selling skills, and other associated inside sales leadership activities.
** Ability to take complete ownership of the project management process by identifying project risks, planning, organizing and managing the deliverables across the development lifecycle.
** Support the relationship with the client’s Product Realization team, and the Subject Matter Experts for the duration of the engagement. This includes managing the client’s expectations and managing clear and timely communication to and from the client. This also includes identifying and escalating client-side risks to the team
** Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work and territory assignments.
** Ability to make decisions in the absence of specific directions (prioritizing, problem solving).
** Skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
** Skills in budget preparation and fiscal management.
** Ability to analyze and solve problems.
** Employee development and performance management skills.
** Knowledge of cost analysis techniques.
** Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
** Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
** Ability to supporting maintenance releases, attending post-launch support calls and communicating software developer team for new patches and changes in NTS modules.
** Ability to write, edit and proofread all material that will be used for customers support. Excellent English writing skills, grammar, syntax and spelling are must.

Employment requirements :
** At least 10 years of experience as Program Manager/account manager in Telecommunication or Software Development Industry.
** 3+ years of experience performing duties similar to the essential functions of this job description.
** 3+ years of inside sales management experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
** Channel Sales and/or Sales Management experience.
** Experience with mobile technology, wireless handset operating systems, OSS/BSS technology, software development process, and programming language.
** Highly motivated and self-directed – foresight and initiative to head-off project risks.
** Excellent track record of successful and timely delivery of technical projects and experience planning and executing complex, multidisciplinary projects in a
** highly-distributed global and multicultural organization.
** Experience in a client facing technical project management role, solution architect, solution engineer and sales engineer.
** Experience of growing existing client relationships.
** Good technical writing, editing and proofreading skills
