PHP Support Analyst :
Position Objective :
The role will be responsible to extend & optimize functionalities of existing applications as well as building new applications, administration of UNIX & database environment.
Experience & Desired Skills :
** Good knowledge of PHP, Java, Unix Shell Scripting
** Good knowledge of Middleware SQL and PL/SQL
** Good knowledge of WebServices
** Experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
** Experience with Oracle.
** Experience in use of various Open Source tools. Zend, Drupal, Mootools
** Basic knowledge in use of Linux Servers
** Knowledge of Javascript and Javascript frameworks such as jQuery
** Must be very “Tech-Savvy” and know a little bit about anything IT
** Ability to learn new skills fast
** Experience in Web Application Development is required : PHP / MySQL / ORACLE
** Good interpersonal relations skills.
Qualification :
** Bsc in Computer Science and related disciplines
** Minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Data Analyst :
Position Objective :
The Data Analyst oversees activities related to data integrity, security and enhancement of the value of data.
The Data Analyst may direct the movement of data across multiple systems; oversee its validation and organization and make sure that data is available to appropriate people and systems within an organization.
Key duties/responsibilities :
** Use modeling techniques and tools in analyzing and specifying data structure.
** Implements the best practices in data management to ensure the integrity of the data, the quality of data processes and deliver analyzable or analyzed data to a variety of internal and external users 3. Maintains data integrity and supports data analysis as necessary.
** Make recommendations and assist in data capture, data extraction and analysis.
** Develop, maintain or implement procedures for data entry, data cleaning, documentation and other administrative tasks.
** Document, implement, maintain or recommend operating methods to improve processing, distribution, data flow, collection, database editing procedures.
** May define parameters for file or space utilization.
** Work closely with IT management and staff.
** May access data in the Data Warehouse, as required.
** Assists with queries, statistical analyses, reports and technical difficulties related to data retrieval.
** Designs and writes custom applications needed to ensure the database meets requirements for the entry, management and reporting of data.
** May oversee data entry staff and other less experienced Data Coordinators/Analysts.
** Identifies and recommends solutions to data management issues.
** Maintains knowledge of the current regulations and technologies related to data management.
Qualification, Experience and Skill Requirements :
** Bachelor degree in statistics, mathematics, IT disciplines or its equivalent.
** Excellent conceptualization, design and analytical skills.
** SQL Skill.
** Excellent written and oral communication skills.
** Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
** Two (2) – year experience, preferably in a telecoms environment.
