Job Purpose: Develops operations solutions by guiding development of program specifications; overseeing testing efforts.
Education & Experience:
** S1 Information Engineering
** Minimum of 4 years working in IT industry
** Experienced SOA Programming
** Experience in developing and execute test plans
** Experience in developing user requirements for application design
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
** Work experience demonstrating self-management of time and tasks with assignments
** Ability to work on several initiatives simultaneously
** Strong relational data modeling skills and database development
** Java and Dot Net programming skills with Windows and Linux operating system
** Demonstrated ability to write clear and effective technical reports and documents
** Familiarity with network-based data sharing standards
Project Manager :
Job Purpose: To be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Education & Experience:
** S1 Informatics / IT Management
** Minimum of 8 years working in IT industry
** Proven experience in People Management
** Proven experience in Project Management
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
** Posseses PMP certification or should have undergone PMP training
** Excellent communication, follow-up, interpersonal and organizational skills
** Confidence and a positive attitude are valuable
** Prepare regular status reports for clients and executive management
** Possess the ability to plan, schedule, document, budget and track projects of various sizes
** Excellent Communication and documentation skills
** Able to build productive client relationships
** Proficient in the use of Project management tools and relevant methodologies
** Managed at least one major client engagement and be familiar with the business and commercial aspects of relationship management
** Flexible about work content and location and able to work independently with the client on site.
