Java Developer :
** Hold a minimum of bachelor degree from any major with 2 years of experience in Java programming.
** Basic knowledge of J2EE / Java EE. Experienced with standard SQL queries.
** Have an experience in at least 1 full project lifecycle using WebLogic Integration would be a big advantage.
** Good knowledge in business processes for telecommunication or banking industry is a big advantage. Fast learner, self-motivated and high attention to details. Able to handle projects with tight deadline

Solution Architect :
Providing presales consulting, solution design & implementation delivery for client engagements. This will involve elements of Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Proof of Concepts, Architecture Design and Implementation of solutions into client premises. Contribute to technology standard and solution development to be used in company-wide
Main responsibilities :
** Deliver high quality, technical expertise in the pre-sales process help close sales opportunities.
** Engages with clients facilitating workshops to jointly develop understanding of their environment, synthesizes findings, draws and presents conclusions.
** Work closely with the client during the solution design phase of an engagement to ensure that the technical design matches to the business requirements and outcomes.
** Participates in project-specific technical teams.
** Attends sales calls with relevant clients to identify and analyze potential opportunities.
** Provide pre-sales support including facilitating requirements specifications, presales documentation, solution presentation, service pricing and solution delivery Q&A.
** Provides day-to-day guidance and mentoring to new pre sales staff or new implementor team.
** Contribute to technology standard development to be used in company-wide
** Contribute to technology governance within the company solutions
** Assisting projects in technical audit and QA/QC
** Provide assistance in any technology initiative
** Lead Associate Technology Architect
Essential requirements :
** University degree in computer science/engineering or other related major
** Good analytical thinking and leadership
** Self-motivated and quick learner
** Willing to take on responsibilities and try new thing
** Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
** Effective communicator; verbal, written and presentation skills
** Ability to produce high-quality written materials including proposals, business cases and plans which convey complex analysis and arguments in a concise manner
** Solid competency in Java and SQL
** Good knowledge in .NET platform is an advantage
** In-depth capability and understanding of enterprise solution technologies.
** Familiarity with telecom industry are preferred
** Have at least 1 years as a solution architect or senior consultant
** Have at least 4 years experience in more than 2 SDLC
** Understanding and experience in estimating and project costing techniques.
** Good understanding of consulting principles, systems analysis, design principles and tools.
