Responsibilities :
** Responsible for account payable, general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
** Handle payment requests and respond to enquiries from other departments on transaction status
** Handle transactions and prepare reconciliation of transactions and current accounts with property management companies
** Conduct account analysis and prepare month end closing and monthly account balances
** Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements :
** Degree Holder in Accounting or equivalent with relevant professional accounting qualification
** With a minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience in accounting; Big 4 accounting firm background is preferred
** Proficient in computerized accounting system (preferably JD Edwards) and Microsoft Excel
** Mature, independent, with good interpersonal and communications skills
** Detail oriented, proactive, independent and strong sense of ownership
** Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
