** Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree with Professional License (Passed Board / Professional License Exam)in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
** Male, with at least 5 years working experience in related field
** With experience in high & medium rise building construction is an advantage
** Job assignment in Visayas or Mindanao area
Project-In-Charge :
Requirements:
** Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree with Professional License (Passed Board/Pofessional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
** Male, with at least 3 years working experience in related field
** With experience in mall or high rise building construction is an advantage
** Job assignment in Visayas or Mindanao area
Quantity Surveyors :
Requirements:
** Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree with Professional License (Passed Board / Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
** Male, with at least 2 years working experience in vertical construction
** Must be familiar with bid tendering, bidding 7 awarding of work packages
** With experience in quantity surveying, contract administration in residential in commercial building projets
** Proficiency in SAP software is an advantage
** Job assignment in Visayas or Mindanao area
Structural / Architectural Superintendent :
Requirements:
** Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Engineering (Architecture) or equivalent
** Male, with at least 3-5 years working experience in related field
** Job assignment in Visayas or Mindanao area
Architectural Supervisors :
Requirements:
** Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree with Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Architecture) or equivalent
** Male, with at least 3-5 years working experience in vertical construction
** Must be familiar with MEPF, Civil & Structural works for various architectural requirements
** With experience in mall or high rise bulding construction is an advantage
Field Engineers :
Requirements:
** Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree with Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
** Male, with at least 2 years working experience in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
** Job assignment in Visayas or Mindanao area
