1.Customer Solutions Engineer – Dhaka, Bangladesh :
Summary :
Software implementation engineer, managing many projects internally and consulting with customers to devise solutions to network problems and business processes unique to each customer.

Primary Responsibilities :
** Provide solutions to a variety of problems that occur with software or hardware.
** Ability to consult with customers, their network technology and the sales process to develop solutions that are sold to the customer.
** Team-oriented, designing and implementing the solutions for customers.
** Meet with customers and present company solutions.
** Create training programs for customers, when requested.
** Some travel required in the country.

Knowledge Requirements :
** Strong knowledge in Web Applications and Web Site structure and supporting technologies.
** HTML/XHTML/PHP
** JavaScript/AJAX/ASP.net
** ERP, Content Management System, compliance and security experience a plus.
** Software API integration familiarity.
** Accessibility, site quality, site usability, privacy and/or security knowledge a plus.

Qualifications :
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology, OR 5 years’ experience in the field.

2.Sales Representative – Bangladesh :
Summary :
Internet Communications is seeking energetic and motivated individuals for multiple Inside Sales positions in providing sales lifecycle management from opening to closing.

Primary Responsibilities :
You will build and maintain a customer pipeline through the consistent application of high quality outbound telesales calls, product demonstrations, and attend conferences & events. You will be placing outbound calls (approximately 50-75 calls per day) to new and existing prospects. You will identify key decision makers; help them understand our product offerings and its value. Identify the key decision maker and con- rm the contact and gather basic pro- le information. This position will generate pro- table sales by supporting a sales vertical through outbound sales contacts under general supervision following standard procedures.

Required Skills and Experience :
** Individual should be a self-starter, fast learner, and have good verbal and written communication skills in a sales situation.
** Knowledge of social media, computers/software, Windows, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook are a must.
** Prospect and qualify leads and contacts; establish initial customer relationships and determine possible needs for, or interest in, iclbd. Probe to determine alternative and/or additional decision maker and in- uencer contact details, as appropriate
** Ensure each quali- ed lead or account is established within CRM with the appropriate referral, marketing or other tracking codes along with all other required information
** You will continue with sales interaction with the objective of advancing the buyer through the sales process and ultimately generating a sale
** Update contact information for all existing accounts with the latest information captured during lead quali- cation process
** Track and organize leads to ensure timely follow-up by region for achieving the desired result
** Perform sales database and record keeping activities
** Keep current on product features, advantages, bene- ts, and selling points for effective communication and needs diagnosis during quali- cation process
