1. Principal Test Engineer :
Descriptions :
** Develop hardware and software required to test various Power analog ICs, both at wafer level and package for offshore engineering and production use
** Assist offshore engineers in sustaining test solutions
** Perform various analysis such as yield and throughput analysis and related enhancement
** Create documentation of test solution
** Design of burn-in circuits and condition

Requirements :
** University degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
** 7+ years experiences in IC and discrete products wafer sort, assembly and related test methodologies
** Good knowledge in power analog design and development
** Proactive and a good team player
** Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Test Engineer

2. Design Engineering Manager / Principal Design Engineer :
Descriptions :
** Manage projects on developing new IC products
** Perform IC evaluation and characterization
** Support customers on new product design-in activities
** Handle trouble-shooting for demo-board
** Prepare new IC specification and documentation
** Develop high speed analog ICs for broad market applications
** Carry out design instruction from Chief Technical Officer
** Perform sub tasks for high speed analog ICs such as architecture definition, simulation of both system architecture and detailed analog circuit blocks, supervision for blocks and full chip layout, debug at the silicon level, support for test development, and product release etc.

Requirements :
** Master degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
** 10+ years experiences in power analog design including bipolar, CMOS and BiCMOS design know-how
** Proven track record in product development
** Good understanding of product development and design flow management
** Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
** Proactive and a good team player
** Candidates with less experience may be considered as Principal/Senior Design Engineer
