1. Quantity Surveyor :
Ref :QS82/14
Responsibilities :
** Vetting of tender or contract documents;
** Preparation of contractual claims and assist in dispute solving;
** Preparation of Sub-Contract documents and checking of Sub-Contractor’ s Final Account;
** Measurement, valuation of variation works, and settlement of Final Accounts with Employer/ Main Contractors
Requirement :
** Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline;
** At least 5 years relevant experience in E&M field;
** Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Hong Kong Institution of Surveyors (HKIS) is an added advantage;
** Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
** Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
** Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, highly motivated, a good team player;
** Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule
2. Engineer :

Responsibilities :
** Preparation of tender, job budget, drawings and equipment submission;
** Perform project planning and site supervision;
** Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;
** Assist to handle existing and take up new DSD / WSD contracts;
** Participate in other tasks as assigned
Requirement :
** Higher Diploma or above in Environmental / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering;
** Preferably with Corporate Membership of HKIE;
** At least 3 years relevant experience in handling DSD/ WSD contracts;
** Proficient in using MS Applications and AutoCAD etc.;
** Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
** Preferably with valid Hong Kong driving license
