1.Biochemical Engineer In R & D :
Major Responsibilities :
1.Be able to undertake or carry out independent research projects;
2. Work with the regulatory affair team and prepare application documents, and help technical teams to manage original data or other important documents under the regulation;
3.Participate in project selection and investigation; analyze the reference product’s specifications and requirements for the execution such as necessary analytical equipment;

Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Instrumental analysis, pharmacy, pharmaceutical analysis, bio-engineering, chemistry or related major. Mater degree or above preferred.
2.2 years’ work experience, at least 1 year Experience in extraction and NMR/MS method development & problem-solving
3. Ability to troubleshoot common instrument problems with NMR/MS; Experience with Analyst software and systems for data management; Assay development with NMR/MS or scientific mind and experimental design are also desirable
4. Ability to write and review protocols and reports in both English and Chinese are expected as the formal language at work is English for notebook and communications. Familiar with FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, USP and EP, GLP norms
5. Excellent professionalism and team-player spirit; be committed and passionate about the work

2. Organic Synthesis Researcher :
Major Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities :
1. Assist analytic, chemistry and formulation teams to complete QC, impurity and stability studies of formulation;
2 Maintain & analyze all related Key Performance Indicators for the team, and report them to management;
3. Collect and analyze specifications of the reference product; design analytical and validation methods; help the technical team to establish and validate analytical methods;
4 .Participate in Apparatus, equipment routine maintenance and management;
5. Develop plans for analytic and QC development including budge, resource scheduling, timeline, quality requirements, tracking progress and delivery targets.

Requirements :
1. Analytical scientist with bachelor degree or above
2. Over 2 year experience in analytical and QC research
3 .Strong in project planning, communication and management; be able to manage and support multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast paced environment .Excellent professionalism and team-player spirit; be committed and passionate about the work

3. Commercial Strategy Manager :
Major Responsibilities :
1. Support Business Units in developing strategic external investment strategies to identify and acquire new capabilities and business.
