Job description :
** The Product Manager is responsible for the sales development of the QSorter product lines from a technology,business and customer point of view.
** The Product Manager is an innovator and an entrepreneur with excellent communication skills.
Some of the key tasks include:
** Optimization of current QSorter application portfolio
** Identification of new QSorter applications through close contact with key accounts
** Development of brand and marketing concepts
** Interface with R&D department
** Ability to identify new market segments
** Ability to analyze the competitive landscape
Qualifications :
** Degree in Food Processing, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biochemistry or similar.
** 5+ years of experience in product management and/or sales within the food/agri business (B2B hardware)
** Ability to define product and application technical requirements.
** Ability to define market and sales opportunities.
** Excellent presentation and communication skills.
** Fluency in English. Knowledge of German is an asset.
** Willing to work in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial and demanding start-up environment.
** Ability to focus on specific quantifiable goals
** Entrepreneurial, creative, innovative, organized, responsible, “get-it-done” attitude, and autonomous
** Permit to work in Switzerland is required
** Willingness to travel 50% plus.

Job description :
** The Senior Mechatronics Engineer is responsible for the development and management of innovative robotics solutionsfor the food processing industry in the field of quality inspection and sorting. He is required to have proven experience in designing, prototyping, manufacturing and industrializing food-processing equipment.
** The successful candidate excels in mechanical or mechatronics engineering and has strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
** The Senior Mechatronics Engineer is also responsible for the relations with other industrial and academic partners.
** This position offer s an excellent opportunity to play an important role in shaping,designing, and implementing innovative and exciting applications in the food industry.
** The Senior Mechatronics Engineer is an innovator and an entrepreneur.
Some of the key tasks include:
** Creative idea finding, design and development of innovative sorting solution
** Integration of mechanical, electrical, optical and software subsystems
** Project management
** Product presentations with different stakeholders
** Interface with sales and marketing team
** Ability to promptly support customers
Qualifications :
** Master Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Robotic Engineering
** 5+ years experience in R&D product development and industrialization
** Experience in R&D Project Management
** Excellent presentation and communication skills.
** Fluency in English. Knowledge of German is an asset.
** Willing to work in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial and demanding start-up environment.
