Your tasks :
** Responsible for the monthly preparation of reports
** Coordinate and host the Group Management Reporting System (MIS)
** Design Management Reports (Cubeware Cockpit)
** Monitor and develop data logistics for the MIS
** Responsible for user trainings for the MIS
** Global expert for security** and incident management for the MIS
** Participate in special projects in the field of Reporting, Intelligence & Controlling
Your profile :
** Graduated with Master degree in business administration, economics or in a related field
** Minimum 4 years working experience in reporting and/or controlling, preferably in a multinational industrial company
** Knowledge of reporting systems/processes. Experience with Cubeware Cockpit is a plus
** Experience with SAP (SAP FI/CO / SAP SEM BCS, SAP BI) is a strong asset, experience with databases like Infor, TM1, Hyperion is a plus
** Precise and systematic working style, also in stress situations
** Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as in teams
** Pro-active organizer with the ability to meet deadlines and run multiples tasks in parallel
** A flair for IT, able to translate business requirements into IT specifications
** Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required, experience in VBA is a plus
** Business fluent in English (both spoken and written) and German, any other language skills are considered a plus

Project Leader SDIS :
Basel, Switzerland
Your tasks :
** Take global ownership to complete assigned projects within a set of restraints
** Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams
** Proactively monitor performance (timeline, quality, budget and resources)
** Seek counteractions quickly to address performance gaps, remove obstacles and redirect efforts as needed in collaboration with internal business partners and subcontractors
** Elaborate design concepts based on company strategy, customer needs, essential quality aspects and regulatory requirements
** Maintain effective communication with internal and external stake holders
** Ensure project documentation according to quality standards
** Enforce compliance to regulations and internal processes
Your profile :
** Engineering, bio/engineering or life science degree
** MBA or equivalent post graduate diploma is a plus
** Energetic, straight-forward and performance-driven professional with strong execution abilities and customer focus
** Entrepreneurial spirit capable of appropriate risk taking
** Strong analytical skills and result-orientation
** Strong interpersonal skills and proactivity to cultivate a network of productive relationships in an international matrix environment
** Strong communication skills in a multi-lingual environment, proficiency in English
** Stamina and high stress tolerance
** Displaying personal and professional ethics and ability to embrace Straumann’s Mission and Culture
Sustained experience and proven results and success in the following areas:
** Sound knowledge in applicable standards and regulations (MDD, FDA, ISO)
** Sound knowledge in design control process and Straumann Product Development Process (PDP)
** Knowledge in the area of product development, manufacturing and testing
** Experience in leading global medical device development projects
** Additional experience in product management of medical devices is a plus
** Managing global product launches including budgetary control
** Actively contributing to and ensuring alignment with other related functional areas such as Product Development, Product Management, Production, Supply Chain, Research, Clinical Research, Marketing & Communication, Regulatory Affairs
** Operating in a complex and changed matrixes environment
** Managing Key Opinion Leader relationships
