Senior Security Analyst. :
Location : Grand Cheseaux, Switzerland

Mission :
Part of the Kudelski Security Operations Center, the Senior Security Analyst performs the different Operations Center activities such as monitoring, incident handling, operations and development of the service.

Responsabilities :
Provide Security expertise to Kudelski Security customers to detect, assess, investigate, remediate and recovery security issues:
** Monitor security events to detect threats – On-call availability outside business hours
** Analyse customers situation in context to detect advanced threats.
** Alerts analysis
** Investigate Incidents
** Analyse Malware
** Recommend corrective actions to the customer

Develop Security Operations Center detection tools, rules and intelligence to improve detection & investigation efficiency of the center
** Learn from investigated case and Update toolset to improve automated detection methods
** Assess new technologies, tests them in a lab environment and proposes them for SOC improvement

Operate Security operations center devices to ensure high availability and security
** Maintain and operate SOC network, systems, workstations and other technical components

Interact in a very professional way with customers to solve identified threats and issues
** Act as a privileged point of contact for the customers to solve security requests, incidents and threats

Participate to Kudelski Security professional services for service architecture, setup and maintenance
** Define SOC service architecture with customer
** Deploy/support deployment of the monitoring solution to customer for integration in the Security Operations Center service

Requierements / Profile :
Strong IT Operations experience (minimum 5 years) :
** System administration
** Network administration
** Security devices administration
** Applications administration
Solid knowledge of the IT Security technical chain at architecture and technical level (minimum 3 years) :
** Network layers
** Network security components
** System security components (Windows, Linux)
** Workstations security components
** Other application level security components

** Proven monitoring, troubleshooting and investigations experience (e.g. working in a NOC/SOC)
** Deep IT components technological knowledge (understanding of technical logs)
** Technical certifications are a plus
** Malware analysis experience is a plus
** Good communication skills

Qualifications :
** Engineering degree in technology / computer science or equivalent
** Strong IT and security operations and monitoring skills (system and network) – Certifications are a plus
** Autonomy, self-taught, flexibility, rigor, efficiency and ability to manage pressure are key skills
