Sales Manager Canada :
Duties and Responsibilities :
** Responsible for Canada sales growth and marketing initiatives.
** Expand the base of customers, leveraging existing relationships and smart prospecting.
** Directly support the corporate Sales VP in driving accurate sales forecasting, planning and monthly reporting. Provide necessary data analysis to support marketing and sales campaigns, territory planning and whitespace analysis.
** Support the Field Operations programs and special projects, including targeted business initiatives, annual planning activities, platform sales analysis and sales representative level performance.
** Develop, monitor and make recommendations to improve sales activities, processes and programs utilizing a robust set of sales analytics.
** Identify sales trends and creative proactive solutions to gauge the performance of the business and then maximize sales performance.
** Expense budgeting management, detailed expense analysis and drive for efficiencies.
Skills and Experience :
** 5+ years experience in the Media & Entertainment Industry, with wide network of local industry players
** 5+ years experience in sales operations and market development
** Proven track record in sales performance
** Demonstrated technical understanding of the digital supply chain in the Media & Entertainment industry.
** Experience with budget management, sales and expenses forecasting, pipeline management, market/customer segmentation.
** Proven ability to work effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams and key business stakeholders in international companies.
** Strong skills in capturing and documenting business requirements and client expectations.
** Highly analytic with an ability to communicate complex concepts in a way that is easy for stakeholders to understand.

Marketing/Sales Trainee :
Job description :
We are looking for a dynamic, well motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our HQ team in Lugano.
The candidate will support and will get involved in our HQ Sales & Operation Team in the following activities:
** Global/ Local Marketing and Communication specific campaigns’ set up & monitoring
** Pre-sales & Post-Sales Customer Management, Interfacing customers and addressing questions, issues and suggestions to the Lugano team
** TV, Media and Film Festivals & Markets participation: organization and agendas (MIPCOM, ROME, MIPTV)
** Marketing special projects: two launch campaigns activated through the partnerships with Rome Film Festival & Market and FICTS (Fédération Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifs). The candidate will be asked to support our HQ Sales and Operation Team in the preliminary work and strategies, workflow management, special events organization (before, during and after), taking the opportunity to be deeply into the International Media and Audiovisual industry world as well as gain expertise in project management and marketing strategies implementation.
Skills and Experience :
** you have just graduated or are graduating from the University (Cinema&TV, Marketing and Communication preferred background)
** you are resident in Ticino Switzerland or willing to move here
** you are curious and driven to know more about Film, Media & TV market behaviors
** you are interested in Marketing & Communication Tools
** you are familiar with the video/audio universe (video ingest, dvd ripping etc..)
** you are comfortable with Office, IOS and WEB and mobile applications
** you speak Italian and English fluently and are advanced in either French or German as additional language
** you will be happy to travel
