Training Specialist (QC) :
Purpose of the Role:
To design, deliver and evaluate training activities on new and existing processes, procedures and equipment through team working activities.
Responsibilities:
Compliance :
** Ensure that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards conforming to company, cGMP, SOP, Specifications, Regulatory Affairs, Health and Safety and Environmental
** To design and deliver effective training activities in order to comply with cGMP / H&S and Environmental guidelines and all regulatory
** Identify and make recommendations for improvements as part of a team in order to eliminate non value added activities and reduce key variances.
** To co-ordinate all training for team members to ensure training activities are carried out in line with cGMP, H&S and Regulatory
Customer Service :
To provide training and coaching in an efficient and timely manner in order to meet both internal and external customer requirements. (i.e. IMB, FDA, cGMP).
Documentation :
To ensure that Training Programmes, Plans and related documentation are updated on a regular basis to ensure that they reflect current practices and that all training records for trainees are completed, entered on the database and filed.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
** 3rd Level Qualification in a science related discipline.
** Progression through level 1 and Level 2 of Laboratory and / or up to 5 years experience in a related regulated industry.
** Certificate in IITD (desirable)
