Quality Assurance : (1 position)
He or she will be familiar and confident in performing the following roles as a member of a group of software engineers in a project:
Responsibilities:
Follow an execute testing strategies, processes, procedures and standards for MM Alliance’s new projects and enhancements or changes to existing projects.
Develop test plans, test objectives and test cases.
Execute test cases, document test results and defects. This includes, regression testing, system testing, stress testing , integration testing and end to end testing.
Analysis of test results and test logs.
Liaise with Business Analysts, customers, developers and software vendors for diagnosis and solution for defects or incidents.
Analyze and estimate test efforts required for projects.
Provide input into the set up and scheduling of test environments and test data.
Contribute to analysis of business requirements, solutions and implementation decisions.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Approximately 2 years test experience.
Strong test process knowledge.
Ability to analyse and translate business requirements and functional specifications into testing requirements.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritise work.
Experience with SQL
Analytical and persistent approach.
Knowing in Java, DHTML is a big plus.

Java Software Engineer : (2 positions)
Will be expected to analyze, design, plan, develop code and unit test functions/modules of an application. Work collaboratively with other members of the project team and the project manager to ensure deadlines and high quality delivery of the application in line with customer’s business requirements.
He or she will be familiar and confident in performing the following roles as a member of a group of software engineers in a project:
Responsibilities:
Analyze and design the function/modules of an application system that is being assigned.
Planning the development of the code needed to perform the function/modules.
Develop and unit test application code that will provide such function/modules according to the specifications using recommended process, standards and tools.
As appropriate, develop and maintain proper defined documentation necessary to maintain and support the application.
Strict adherence and application of configuration management procedures for changes to application system.
Provide necessary support to other team members as required to help deliver systems on schedule and with high quality.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT.
Experience in Java, J2EE technologies such as Tomcat, JBoss, Maven, EJB, Struts, POJOs, Web Services.
Expertise in Object Oriented technologies using Java, J2EE, JSP/Servlet, JDBC API, EJB.
Knowledge of frameworks like Struts, Spring or Hibernate.
Experience in IDEs such as Eclipse, Netbeans, IntelliJ IDEA.
Experience in software configuration management such as CVS, SVN.
Good working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL.
Good working knowledge of Linux or Unix.
Ability to work independently.
Self-motivated and interpersonal & communication skills ability to communicate in English is preferred.

Front End Web Developer : (2 positions)

Write efficient, reusable and well documented HTML, CSS, JavaScript website.
Use the latest HTML & CSS techniques to build cross-platform interfaces, working closely with Designers and Software Engineers.

Research and integrate the latest industry trends and cutting-edge front end technologies.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
At least 2 years’ experience of cross browser coding HTML, CSS and core JavaScript.
Ability to coding without using automate code generator tools eg. Dreamweaver.
Detailed debugging using in-browser developer tools.
Understanding of web performance, web accessibility, and jQuery.
Experience with agreeing coding standards across teams.
Desirable Skills:
Experience of PHP or Java web development.
Ability to develop responsive design website.
Knowledge of web accessibility standards, SEO and Usability best practices.
Strong command of client side technologies including object-oriented JavaScript, DOM scripting, JSON and AJAX.
