Position Details :
The Growth Area Community Infrastructure Broker will establish governance and partnership processes for brokering community facilities and services in new community precincts relating to education, health and neighbourhood provision for ensuring long term community strengthening.
The position will deliver a partnership-based approach in growth areas to support the planning and delivery of quality, timely and sequenced community infrastructure. The Broker will be responsible for facilitating and strengthening the partnership between State and Local Government, including the attraction and coordination of investment for the provision of the identified community infrastructure
Do you have a relevant tertiary qualification in social planning, community development, urban planning or project management- Do you have the experience and understanding of social planning processes for urban development and brokering partnerships for delivery of community infrastructure, place making or place activation programs- If so, this may be the role for you.
