Agency Development Executive (ADE) – Bangkok, Saraburi, Ayudhaya, and others
Work Location:
** Bangkok, Saraburi, Ayudhaya, and other provinces.
Job Summary:
Supervise, motivate and train Agency Force in order to achieve the Ordinary Life and Accidental & Health Insurance’s sales target in best coordination with Agency Force.
Roles and Responsibilities:
** Meet with Agency Leaders to review production and set Key Result Area (KRA) to ensure the target and objectives of company meets the target.
** Provide training for Agency Forces such as selling skills and product knowledge, etc.
** Provide consultation and quality customer services and solve problems with smooth coordination with other departments.
** Daily supervise on Activity Management to solve Agency Forces problem
** Coordinate with Core Leader to organize such functions that will increase KRA.
** Follow up pending cases and find all information needs from Agency Forces and coordinate with Underwriting Team for approval.
Job Requirements:
** Bachelor or Master’s Degree in General Management, Marketing or related field
** 2 -3 years experience in Sales related.
** Experience in insurance company is advantage
** Good command of written and spoken English
** Good computer literacy
** Good leadership and people management skills
** Good in public speaking, communication skills
** Enthusiastic and self-motivated
** Flexible hours of work and able to travel

Application Support (Staff – Assistant Manager)
Job Summary:
This job has responsibilities to support Agency Applications System and to promote more usage of these applications. Provide business consultant as requested by users and build up the team’s strength of Agency Support to cope with AIA objective/goal.
Roles and Responsibilities:
** Assist to manage project time frame, all related key activities towards to agency forces with Team Leader for new IT and internal initiative projects.
** Provide and handle Application support, promotion, and application training
** Perform Application UAT.
** Consolidate new requirements for Smartphone, Web Based, PC Based application for improvement/enhancement.
** Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
** Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
** 5-10 years experience in insurance industry also in Marketing, Agency, and MIS fields is an advantage.
** 3-4 years experience in Project Management skill
** Strong Marketing based skill, Interpersonal Skill, Communication and Presentation Sill, Work under pressure and limited resources.
** Good team player
** Good command of spoken and written English
