Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania is looking to hire CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist.
Main Duties and responsibilities :
** Support to manage all activities for achieving business goals and plans in CRM team.
** Support to manage commercial campaigns and definition of measurable goals
** Measurement of campaigns results
** Measurement of the results, analysis, presentations to the sales force and other stakeholders
** Preparation of branches performance reports
** Support to competent organizational units of the Bank in technical enhancement of the CRM platform
** Helping in organizing tools and processes in order to drive measurable action and customer experience.
** Coordinating and supporting sales force in the commercial activities.
Requirements/skills :
Bachelor Degree in Informatics Economics
Statistical skills :
** To have a good understanding of modeling techniques and data/business processes.
** Computer skills and research abilities.
** Knowledge in Database Management System : Oracle, PL/ SQL, MS SQL
** Business oriented approach.
** Excellent English language (spoken and written).
Other preferential requisites :
** From 2 to 4 years of work experience working.
** Preferable to have Bank experience
** Presentation and communication skills
