Interior architects:
You’re an interior architect with at least 5 years experience, an extremely strong portfolio, fluency in English and Thai, and the ability to develop innovative design solutions equally well by yourself or as the leader of a team. Experience with retail interiors is a plus.

Project directors:
You’re an architect/interior designer with over 5 years of experience managing project teams with a strong portfolio of built projects with an eye for great design, proven experience both in the studio and on construction sites, and excellent communication, leadership and supervisory skills in both English and Thai with clients, builders, fabricators, and other service providers, you’ll manage multi-project accounts for our high profile clients. Experience with retail rollout implementation is a plus.

Drafting professional:
We are seeking visionary and passionate drafting professionals to work with an assorted range of retail related clients and other interior projects.

Job description ”
The Drafting Professional will work with our Designer, Senior Designer/Principal and Project Manager with overseeing long-term and short-term retail and other interior related projects.

Key responsibilities:
** Good knowledge in construction detail and apply to CAD drafting following CAD standard
** Taking charge of small to medium CAD tasks assigned by the CAD manager
** Deliver project in excellent CAD quality
** Work in team with designers and drafters as a CAD support
** Excellent skills in autoCad and detail drawing
** Assist CAD manager to develop drawing details, and company CAD standard

Qualifications:
** Degree in Architecture/ Interior design drafting.
** 0+ years experience.
** Possess CAD drafting skills.
** Advanced knowledge of finishes, materials, furnishings and standards
** Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
** Ability to work in team environment
** Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
** English is a plus
** Self-motivated, detail orientated and client focused, ability to work in a team office environment.
** Ability to prioritize tasks, met deadlines and work collaboratively on multiple projects at once
