Financial System Analyst :
Job Description:
This position mainly covers the following tasks:
Analyze portfolios by reading and understanding related documents: offering circulars, servicing statements, purchase agreements, etc.
** Gather and extract information from portfolio accordingly to make investment assumption.
** Transcribe the payment plan into system to model the portfolios, run assumed cash flows and pinpoint the discrepancies.
** Independently solve problems and exchange issues with other team members as well as US customers. Organize and allocate tasks among team members.

Requirements:
** Bachelor / Master in Math, Finance, Economics, Accounting, English and/or equivalent experience.
** Strong English communication/comprehension and knowledge of computer programming would be a plus.
** Being result-oriented with a sense of detail, logical thinking and fast acquisition to support time-sensitive financial products.
** Ability to acquire a broad set of data management and analysis skills, and develop the ability to present analysis quickly and thoroughly in a dynamic working environment.

Data Analyst :
Job Description:
** Extract, analyze and process fundamental US bonds data, and update them onto the database on a timely basis according to clients’ instructions and templates.
** Take responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
** Cross-check among team members and respond to other counterparts in the US when requested.
** Work effectively within teams or independently, be proactive to identify and resolve problems.
** Use available tools to best advantage data collected where appropriate.
** Train new staffs.
** Use English skills to understand and source financial information.
** Build up knowledge of bond market regulations in the US, procedures and work processes.
Requirements:
** Bachelor in English, Finance/Accounting or related field.
** Understanding of financial or bond terminologies and bond market is a plus .
** Strong skill of MS-Excel and knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Reader& Writer.
** Ability to work individually as well as within a team.
** Ability to learn quickly, good organizational skills and attention to details.
** Being fluent in English, especially reading and writing.
** Ability to work effectively within tight schedules and under pressure.
