1. Infra-Structure Design Engineer :
Location Of Work :
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Qualification :
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil)

Experience :
5 – 10 Years

Key Accountabilities :
** Design of variety of infra-structure projects including drainage, roads, water mains, sewerage systems from basic concept design to detailed construction level drawings.
** Direct and supervise draftsmen in developing detailed infra-structure drawings as per applicable codes.
** Prepare design calculations, BOQs and specifications as per applicable standards.
** Study existing infra-structure design and design extension works.

Competencies :
** Must have skills of problem solving, team working, good communicator, adaptability and flexibility, IT skills, self-motivation.
** Posses experience in Sewergem, Watergem, Windes, Civil 3D, Pipemate, Surfmate, AutoCAD and MS-Excel.
** Project Planning & Monitoring
** Analytical, time management aptitude and good communication skills.
** Technical Expertise and Development.

2. Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer :
Location Of Work :
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Qualification :
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)

Experience :
7 – 10 Years

Key Accountabilities :
** Support business development team for preparation of technical bid proposal and man-hour estimations.
** Prepare feasibility studies, basisi of design, engineering alternative solutions and cost analysis reports.
** Prepare concept/base, schematic and detail design and drawings for HVAC system.
** Prepare project technical specifications and BOQ of the project.
** Coordinate with other disciplines to meet the mechanical engineering design requirements.
** Carry out heat load, static head, pump head and pipe sizing calculations.
** Central Utility plants and Mechanical room equipment design/sizing and selection.
** Perform space planning, Mechanical room sizing and have knowledge of Civil defense, design complete system air side, water side and DX-system for hospitals and commercial projects.
** Liaise with other disciplines for project coordination.
** Client meeting and follow up for concept/schematic design approval.
** Assist the section manager as directed and supervise engineers & CAD team.
** Must have experience in hospital design along with commercial building projects.
** Must have knowledge of ASHRAE, ASME, NFPA, AIA & HTM codes.
** Coordination with clinet, sub consultants, contractors and supplier.

Competencies :
** Must have skills of problem solving, team working, good communicator, adaptability and flexibility, IT skills, self-motivation.
** Must be familiar with AutoCAD, preferably with Revit experience.
** Project Planning & Monitoring
