Job Summary :
Responsible of bid-package to meet bid requirements

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
** Prepare BID proposal preparation schedule.
** Direct Bid-review and kick-off meeting and develop job-ex questions for clarification.
** Communicate and coordinate with Operations and Design Contractor Customer.
** Gather information to resolve clarification items in order to develop a well-defined bid proposal package.
** Endorse all assumptions and inputs he has to provide prior to the preparation of direct costing for estimation.
** Quantify the volume of work on each assigned specific discipline of the given bid documents as per available bid-drawings, applicable reference documents and the bid scope of works.
** Establish estimated direct man-hours, consumables, bill of materials, equipment line-up, sub-contract quotation and cost summary.
** Attend and prepare report of job-ex meeting and site visit.
** Coordinates with other disciplines with regards to interfacing of works to eliminate double charging and identify missing items.

Qualifications :
** Licensed Civil Engineer
** Must have a minimum of 5 years Engineering experience in Estimating & Costing, Planning & Scheduling, and Bid Development and with an extensive field Construction operation background preferably with a multinational construction or petrochemicals industries.
** Exposure in Middle East experience is an advantage.
** Must have a very good communication in speaking & writing English.

2. CADD Draftsman :
Type : Permanent
Location : Saudi Arabia

Job Summary :
In-charge in designing plans using CADD and systematic drafting techniques of construction details of all complex structures based on the projects specifications. Prepares sketches, forms, diagrams, charts and other engineering documents.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
** Responsible for knowing and complying site safety rules and regulations.
** Prepares and revises engineering drawings, shop drawings, details, sections, charts and similar documents as directed.
** Make simple but professional computation through the use fo tables, charts, etc.
** Prepares bar schedule and other construction notes.
** Prepares bill of materials and cost estimates of simple structures.
** Receives measurement and notes of installations “as built” for the purpose of making print and/or revising dimensions on existing CADD drawing and drafts and prepare new one.

Qualifications :
** Completed a certified course of Drafting and CADD operations.
** Must have a minimum of 8 years CADD and drafting experience preferably with a multinational construction or petrochemical industries.
** Exposure in Middle East experience is an advantage.
** Must have a very good communication in speaking & writing English.
