Position Description and Required Skills:
General Summary:
Responsible for responding promptly and accurately to basic support requests from clients
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
** Provide exceptional customer service and front line support via ACD (automatic call distribution), outbound calls, email or fax (or other method) as specified within company standards and guidelines
** Maintain and increase product knowledge on applicable products/applications via training, documentation and personal research
** Maintain and increase quality evaluation scoring
** Record every customer contact in the CRM
** Document issues and resolutions thoroughly and efficiently in the CRM
** Follow proper procedures for processing RMAs, defective products, etc
** Provide input for new products, features, product usability and supportability
** Escalate issues following the escalations guidelines as needed
** Submit proposed solutions to basic issues in knowledge base and for internal/external documentation
** Perform shift work as scheduled
** Perform minor utilities
** Perform proactive calls
** Perform level one troubleshooting on all current hardware supported
** Perform any tasks as directed by his/her supervisor
** Successful completion of TSR certification program within one year from date of hire
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
** Demonstrates skills in problem analysis, customer relations, organizational abilities, telephone etiquette, and skills in effective working relationships with other service/support groups
** Associate’s degree or above in technical area or a minimum of eighteen months experience in technical related field
** Two years experience testing electronics at the component level or two years experience repairing and maintaining medical or x-ray equipment or a degree in electronics
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independently
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
** Knowledge of operating systems (Windows 9x/NT/2000/ME/XP; DOS operating systems; MSWord, Excel and others)
** Fluent in French or Spanish

Software Automation Engineer :
Minimum Education Level : Bachelors Degree Graduate

Scope:
** Work as part of a global team to design, implement and test automation framework using Python, Selenium and/or RobotFramework
** Execute automated tests on multiple environments
** Expand automation framework to provide additional test capabilities
** Design, code and document automated test cases within a defined framework to ensure quality of our product
** Translate existing manual regression test cases into automated tests
** Improve the reliability and repeatability of automated testing
** Analyze existing systems to find areas for improvement
** Conduct diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex software issues
** Evolve automated test framework to achieve higher test throughput, increased accessibility and test execution flexibility
Required Skills:
** Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related professional experience required.
** 3+ years practical experience in automation tools
** Experience testing complex multi-tiered web based systems and complex data-driven applications
** Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project
** Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) required, agile experience preferred
** Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
** Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
** Expert in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
** Excellent planning and organization skills, and committed to delivering on aggressive deadlines
** Strong communication skills – written & verbal
