Skills and experience :
** 3+ years working in the game industry
** 1+ shipped PC/Console title
** Excellent C/C++ and C# skills
** Self-directed, self-motivated and capable of working on projects independently
** Excellent initiative and problem solving skills, able to both follow and drive direction
** Good communication skills in spoken and written English, able to work well under pressure
** Ability to adapt in a changing environment where creative challenges constantly evolve
** Strong work ethic and powerful creative drive
** Comfortable with debugging/profiling tools
** Familiarity with Cg/HLSL and understanding of rendering algorithms (bonus)
** Cross platform experience (bonus)
** Experience with industry standard game engines (bonus)
** A genuine interest in playing simulation games or previous development experience in the genre (bonus)
Responsibilities :
** Work in cooperation with other Game Programmers, Designers, Animators and/or Artists to design, implement, polish, debug and optimize high quality gameplay features and systems
** Write clean, professional and maintainable code
** Accurately schedule tasks and execute them
** Meet project deadlines and milestones as determined by Production
** Take initiative to ensure that features and systems are implemented with the highest quality possible
** Proactively problem-solve performance and stability issues when necessary
Senior Environment Artist :
You have:
** Over 5 years of experience as professional 3D Environment Artist in game development
** Expertise in architectural modeling and texturing
** Excellent proficiency in major 3D software (Max/Modo)
** Worked on 2 or more published titles or equivalent commercial released products
** Familiarity with the Unity engine
** Team playing skills
** Ability to work on-site in our Tampere office
** Proficiency in organic modeling is a plus
You will:
** Get to work on simulation titles
** Work with an experienced, highly skilled team (of very nice people)
** Work closely with a publisher
** Create something amazing!
