** In this role, you will manage our after sales services and products globally.
** You will plan and lead all service and technical aspects for the full range of products with the objective of achieving the set targets.
** You will formulate the department budget and conduct operative planning.
** You will negotiate with existing accounts and find the best possible solution to enhance customer satisfaction.
** Additionally, you will be responsible for the relevant promotional activities and general after sales marketing.
** For this role you are expected to have a Master’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
** You must have at least a few years of experience in global after salesoperations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
** You should be proficient in using modern ICT-tools.
** You must have excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Finnish.
** Other language skills will be considered an advantage.
** You should be analytical and possess good organization, leadership and problem-solving skills.
** Also, you must be willing to travel as the position requires regular travelling.
