Duties :
The Client Account Manager contributes to the efficient and effective operation of the Personal Services Team in the Public Trustee by providing an accurate, timely and efficient trust administration service which includes managing a complex estate and trust administration caseload, exercising a formal discretion, providing guidance and assistance in the development of the technical estate and trust administration skills base and engaging in proactive client service and relationship building to meet the objectives of the organisation.
Essential Requirements :
TheHead of the State Service has determined that the person nominated for this position is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer.
The following checks are to be conducted : –
** crimes involving dishonesty
** crimes of violence
** serious drug offences
** sex related offences
Shortlisted applicants may be required to undertake a psychometric assessment as part of the selection process.
Desirable Requirements :
** Applicants should have a comprehensive knowledge of and substantial experience in the trustee industry or an associated industry. The successful applicant will have demonstrated initiative, judgement and discretion; effective problem solving skills; the ability to work individually and as part of a team in the efficient and timely delivery of professional client services combined with demonstrated self-management and time management skills including the ability to set and meet own work objectives and manage concurrent tasks and issues.
