The ideal applicant will demonstrate the following key attributes as they apply to the key responsibilities of the role :
** Experience in interpreting and applying the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 or similar legislation
** Experience within a professional office environment managing customer queries and complaints
** Experience in interpreting and applying the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 or similar legislation
** Experience in managing an allocated caseload of administrative applications
** High level of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor messages to suit the audience
** Advanced/sound word processing, data entry and Dictaphone typing skills
** Proficient in adobe and electronic file management and preferably has experience in a paperless office environment
** demonstrated ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage timeframes to meet deadlines
