We are a fast growing Innovative Consulting & Project Management Group, working for different International clients. As part of our dedicated project team, we are seeking following highly qualified, motivated, experienced and career minded professionals for one of our Mega Agricultural Projects based in AFRICA.

1. Manager Crop Production (5 Positions) :
Responsible for complete project delivery including planning, supervision and management of work of the crop (rice) production unit in the fields and meeting targets set for project production unit. Work experience in rice production will be preferred.
Qualification : PhD Agronomy/ Soil Sciences
Experience : 10 – 15 years

2. Deputy Project Managers (5 Positions) :
Responsible for complete project delivery including planning, executing, coordinating & leading a large project team working closely with the stakeholders. The ideal candidates should have an experience of managing agriculture projects of international and national repute.
Qualification : Civil Engineer Additional Qualification MBA/MPA
Experience :7 – 12 years

3. Manager Irrigation (5 Positions) :
Responsible for planning, surveying, designing, & overseeing construction of irrigation network for transporting and distributing water to agriculture lands from dams, reservoirs, canals, ditches, bridges, culverts etc. Work experience in rice farming will be preferred.
Qualification : PhD / MSc Irrigation / Water Sciences
Experience : 7 – 12 years

4. Manager Crop Protection (5 Positions) :
To supervise & manage the complete plant protection cycle of rice crop and take effective measures to control insects & pests attack during the rice crop cycle. He will also provide proper care and protection to the field crops and establish effective measures to minimize insect, pests attack and organizing an integrated Pest Management (IPM) Unit.
Qualification : PhD Entomology/ Soil sciences
Experience : 7 – 12 years

5.Manager Supply / Input (5 Positions) :
His role will be to oversee the requirement of inputs [seed, fertilizers, chemical, machinery and irrigation machinery, land leveling and other machinery (parts) which will be procured for the project. Additional qualification in supply chain management will be preferred.
Qualification : PhD / MSc Agriculture (Soil Sciences)
Experience : 5 – 8 years

6. Land Development Planner (2 Positions) :
Responsible for land planning of agricultural projects, its appropriate division, plotting and leveling enabling mechanized farming for rice production.
Qualification : PhD / MSc Soil Sciences
Experience : 7 – 12 years

7.Agronomist (5 Positions) :
Supervise, manage & coordinate all the activities of the crop production in the project area as to irrigation, crop protection and post harvest functions to keep scheduling the crop production. Rich experience in the field of rice crop is essential.
Qualification : PhD/MSc/BSc Rice Agronomy
Experience : 7 – 12 years

8. Soil Scientist (5 Positions) :
Responsible for developing & implementing soil and nutrient management practices for enhancement of crop production for agricultural projects. Experience of working on large scale rice projects will be preferred.
Qualification : PhD/MSc Soil Sciences
Experience : 7 – 12 years

9. Irrigation Experts/Water Resource Specialist (3 Positions) :
Responsible for planning, surveying, designing, & overseeing construction of irrigation network for transporting and distributing water to agriculture lands from dams, reservoirs, canals, ditches, bridges, culverts etc. Work experience in rice farming will be preferred.
Qualification : PhD/MSc Irrigation/ Water Sciences
Experience : 7 – 12 years

10. Entomologist & Plant Pathologist (2 Positions) :
To supervise & manage the complete plant protection cycle of rice crop and take effective measures to control insects & pests attack during crop cycle. Relevant work experience in the field of Rice is essential.
Qualification : PhD/MSc/BSc Entomology
Experience : 5 – 10 years

11. Herbicide Specialist (2 Positions) :
Responsible for controlling the weeds in the rice fields by using appropriate methodology and treatment at project.
Qualification : PhD/MSc
Experience : 7 – 12 years

12. Agricultural Engineer- Machinery & Repairs (5 Positions) :
Responsible for managing and keeping the agricultural machinery and allied equipments/implements fully operational for mechanized farming. The ideal candidate should have a rich experience in not only managing the agricultural machinery on mega projects but also its repair and maintenance by setting up of workshops.
Qualification : MSc/BSc Agricultural Engineering
Experience : 5 – 10 years

13.Apiculturist (3 Positions) :
Responsible for conducting research into various phases of crop pollination for maintaining the natural phenomenon of using bees as a medium of transportation of pollen as well as honey production.
Qualification : PhD/MSc Apiculture
Experience : 7 – 12 years
