Careers :
1. Electrician :
Responsibilities :
** Provide technical & perform on site/in house servicing, repair & installation to industry related project
** Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :
** Nitec or Higher Nitec in Electrical
** Literate in English (Spoken & Written)
** Knowledge in switchboard wirings is an advantage
** 4 to 5 years relevant experience
** Possess Class 3 Driving License is a must

2.Storeman :
Responsibilities :
** Check and receive incoming goods
** Pack and prepare goods for delivery
** Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness of the store
** Carry out periodic and annual stock/inventory checks
** Ensure safe work practices in the store

Requirements :
** Minimum GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level with at least 2 year experience handling store within the Construction Industry
** Must be Physically Fit to handle heavy/bulky items
** Possess Class 3 driving license

3.M&E Coordinator :
Responsibilities :
** Coordinate M&E works in Building Construction
** Resolving site issues and problems
** Assists the project team in ensuring the aspect if M&E complies with the tender/clients specification and all standards and regulations
** Ensuring scheduled work/task complete

Requirements :
** Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or Certificate in M&E Coordination
** At least 3 years working experience in construction site environment
** Proficient in the application of AutoCAD/IBM
** Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit

4.WSH Coordinator :
Responsibilities :
** Responsible for implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines including review and recommendations at site.
** Ensure site complies with the relevant and latest Workplace Safety, Health and Environmental regulations and maintain proper documentation of all safety records, certificates, notice and official related WSHE correspondence.
** Responsible for investigating, analyzing and determining cause of any incident, accident or dangerous occurrence at site and recommend preventive measures.
** Organize WSH related meetings, training and promotional campaign / activity.

Requirements :
** Advanced Certificate in WSH
** 3 years working experience in WSH Field
