1. Network/ Infrastructure Engineer :
Job Description :
** Provide on-site IT troubleshooting / recovery support for server system and network infrastructure issues
** Plan, implement and manage office network infrastructure including routers, firewalls and load balancers
** Supervise/Implement new network device, software and configuration into existing environment
** Install, configure and maintain server system, network services, security policies, components and devices
** Manage the WAN / LAN, VPN connectivity and User ID’s and Profiles
** Ensure network environment is functioning optimally within defined parameters and to correct possible issues which will impact availability of network

Skills Requirements :
** Possess at least a Diploma in any IT related field, candidates with Bachelor Degree will be considered favourably
** Minimum 2 years experience in support and / or maintenance of LAN / WAN environment
** Knowledgeable in routing / IP protocol, Cisco or equivalent network configuration
** Experience in implementation of security policies on firewalls is preferred

2.System Engineer :
Job Description :
** Provide remote / on-site troubleshooting / recovery support for server system issues
** Install, configure and maintain server system and network services, components and devices
** Administer MS Windows Servers and server clusters including management of user accounts and security policies
** Plan and support server system infrastructures
** Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning procedure
** Manage and implement system backup and restore policies

Skills Requirements :
** Possess at least a Diploma in any IT related field, candidates with Bachelor Degree will be considered favourably
** Minimum 1 year experience in support and / or maintenance of server environment
** Experience in troubleshooting, administration, scripting, system designing and batch operations
** Knowledgeable in messaging, security and storage systems
** Knowledgeable in basic networking technologies will have advantage

3.Desktop Engineer :
Job Description :
** Provide on-site IT troubleshooting / recovery support for end user desktop / notebook issues in a LAN environment
** Install, relocate, add / change, test and commission end user desktop / notebook
** Maintain end user desktop / notebook to ensure maximum system uptime
** Provide and implement recommendations for improvements on site IT system and infrastructure
** Assist senior engineers to examine and identify server system or network infrastructure issues

Skills Requirements :
** Possess at least a NiTEC Certification in any IT related field, candidates with Diploma will have added advantage
** Knowledge on Microsoft Windows Operating System environment is mandatory
** Experience in support and / or maintenance of end user IT system is preferred
