1. Customer Service Manager :
Based in Prai, Penang

Job Responsibilities :
** Responsible in overseeing the daily operations of the Customer Service Department.
** Respond to customers’ enquiries and complaints in a prompt, clear and precise manner.
** Order taking, price quotations, liaison with customers on pre-production requirements and to provide all necessary information to ensure goods are produced according to customers’ specifications & delivery on time.
** Maintain an effective organization and communication network that is capable of responding to the needs of customers, as well as providing an immediate solution to daily problems.
** Employ effective methods to develop team cohesiveness, increase employee motivation, setting performance standards, monitoring performance, leading, coaching and developing highly customer-focused service teams.

Job Requirements :
** Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Management Studies or any related field.
** 5-years experience in customer service management related activities.
** Confidence, good problem solving skills and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems.
** Ability to produce creative ideas to ameliorate customer service standards.

2. Marketing Manager :
Based in Prai, Penang

Job Responsibilities :
** Develop business opportunities and marketing strategies to maximize growth and profit, expend market penetration, and accomplish mission set.
** To organize marketing activities as well as innovative ways of brand and image building.
** Source, evaluate and execute new media marketing opportunities for Asia markets.
** Conceptualize, plan and execute promotional campaigns, events and road shows.
** Advertising and designing of marketing materials, event materials and etc.
** Perform marketing competitive review, analysis and recommendations to achieve competitive edge.
** Evaluate customer research, market condition and competitors’ activities.

Job Requirements :
** Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Management Studies or related discipline.
** 5-years in managerial position and with a proven track record in sales and marketing.
** Experienced in Adobe design software, i.e. Illustrator and Photoshop will be added advantages.
** Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
** Willingness to travel outstation or overseas as and when required by work assignment;
** Resourceful, independent, self-motivation, willing to take challenges, ability to handle tight deadlines and pressure.

3. Graphic Designer :
Based in Prai, Penang

Responsibilities :
** Design and create all marketing and collateral materials, including : advertising, posters, product presentation, catalogs, promotional material, newsletter, writing, editing and etc.
** Digital photo retouching and preparing all materials to be pre-press ready.
** Design and assists on task for exhibitions
** Sourcing for souvenir and marketing activities needs.
** Additional skill in web based knowledge is a plus.

Requirements :
** Experienced in Computer Graphic Design or a related field is required..
** well versed in Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, and related software.
** Must be creative, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi task.
** Creative, Proactive, Self-Motivated, Responsible and able to meet tight deadlines.
** Great sense of Imagination and Commercial Business Logic
